COURSES
Go Dive! Here at SCUBA 8 you can choose from a wide range of PADI scuba certification courses with flexible study options including certain online courses to accommodate your busy schedule. We serve the Rio Rancho and Albuquerque area and offer training for the curious beginner diver (Discover Scuba Diver) to the experienced professional diver (Divemaster).

All courses will require a Diver Medical Form to be completed. You can complete it and bring it in or fill it out at the shop. Addionally, annually you will need to complete a Continuing Education Administrative Document for any other classes you would want to take. That document can be found HERE

DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING
The Discover Scuba Diving experience is the perfect program for those looking to try something new. It is designed for those who have no experience with scuba diving, but want to know what it’s like to breathe underwater. OPEN WATER DIVER
​If you’ve always wondered what lies beneath the surface, now’s the time to find out. Start the journey of a lifetime with the PADI Open Water Diver course. It will change you forever. ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER
The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course will give you the tools to become a well-rounded diver and to vastly extend your range of dive sites. You will extend your depth limits, get an introduction to the basics of underwater navigation and generally improve your dive skills under the supervision of an experienced PADI instructor. RESCUE DIVER

DIVEMASTER
The PADI Divemaster course is the first professional level within the PADI System of diver education and allows you to work as a training assistant on PADI courses and programs, supervise certified divers during pleasure diving experiences, and conduct some PADI programs independently.
